Hi... I love this game. Confused

Right now I am having a problem picking up the black dots for the drug samples collection mission. They are scattered around the buildings, but my arrow keeps covering the exact spot. I have tried going on the roof, and all around the ground. They seem to be inside the downtown buildings, but I cannot find a way in. Any tips?

I am stuck on a level where you have to blow up the San Pedro plant.
I keep getting blow up by either sam 3's, choppers or killed by the 4563,00 guards there!!!!!!!!
I know you are making a walkthrough, but can someone guide me through the level??

This game is pretty amazing. I own if for PC, so it is a little different than the 360 version (only 1st person, more tactical). This game has everything I want in a shooter...it's tactical and more difficult than your average shooter, so you can't just run around shooting blindly and win, and it's actaully got a realistic story, which is refreshing every now and then when the gaming world is drowing in storys of monsters, ghouls, and the supernatural.
